To qualify for a price match, the product must meet the following criteria:

✔ In-stock and available – The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or delivery from an South African competitor’s store or website. We do not price match listings on websites where the item cannot actually be purchased.

✔ Final price includes shipping – The price match applies to the total cost, including shipping. If the competitor charges shipping, this will be factored into the final price. Prices from membership programs with free shipping will be matched at the non-member price + shipping cost.

✔ Same product, same model – The product must be the same brand, model, and colour as the one available at Optima Supply Store.

✖ Exclusions apply – We do not price match:

• Auction sites or liquidation sales

• Products identified as grey market imports (parallel or unofficial imports)

• Prices from overseas retailers

• Items combined with loyalty rewards, membership offers, promotions, or other special discounts

• Purchases made using Eft or Payshap

• Optima Supply Store reserves the right to decline a price match request at its discretion.
